College Park

College Park Village, opened in the late 1990’s, is named after its location near Lone Star College and the University Center.

College Park has to two major neighborhoods: Harper’s Landing and Windsor Hills; and is home to over 2,500 citizens and 900 residences.  Harper’s Landing neighborhood was negotiated to remain part of The Woodlands and not be annexed by the city of Conroe in 1995. It is the only area of The Woodlands located on the east side of I-45.

College Park Village is valued for its close proximity to I-45, The Woodlands Mall,  Lone Star College and the new College Park High School. It is served by the Conroe Independent School District.
