Grogan’s Mill

Opened in 1974, the Village of Grogan’s Mill, named after the Grogan Lumber Mill and family, is the first and oldest village located in the front of The Woodlands. It borders The Woodlands Town Center, right off I-45.

Grogan’s Mill has over 5,100 homes and 13,412 people and includes nearby schools Hailey and Lamar Elementary (K-4 grades), Wilkerson Intermediate (5 & 6 grades), and Knox Junior High (7 & 8 grades.)
